Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

These Terms (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform. These Terms are published in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

• "User", "Customer", "You" or "Your" means any person who accesses or transacts on the Platform.
• "Products" means the physical goods listed for sale on the Platform.
• "Order" means a request placed by you to purchase Products.
• "MRP" means Maximum Retail Price.
• "Sale Price" means the discounted price at which a Product is offered for sale, equal to or lower than the MRP.
• "Razorpay" means Razorpay Software Private Limited, our RBI-authorized payment aggregator.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform and make purchases, representing that you are competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration & Security

To place an order, you may create a registered Account or check out as a guest. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

5. Products & Descriptions

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free, and colors may vary depending on your device's screen. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue products at any time without notice. All products are subject to availability.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed Orders.

We accept UPI, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store or process your sensitive payment credentials; this is handled securely by Razorpay.

7. Order Process & Contract Formation

Adding Products to your cart does not reserve them. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your Order, but a binding contract is only formed when we accept your Order by dispatching the Product and sending a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud).

8. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available on Orders of ₹999 or more. For Orders below ₹999, shipping charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, Products must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include: perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (like beauty products or innerwear), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, clearance sale items, or gift cards.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the Product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations: You may cancel an Order before it is dispatched for a full refund. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.

10. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (e.g., optional plugins or features) over which we neither monitor nor have control. We provide access to such tools "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Our Platform may also contain links to third-party websites (like Amazon India or social media). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and any use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Infinity Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Infinity Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Infinity Store, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with us.

12. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or feedback to us ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such Feedback in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence or to pay compensation for it. You are responsible for ensuring your Feedback does not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful or malicious content.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Infinity Store, Shopify, or their respective licensors, protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our Platform without our written consent.

15. User Conduct, Prohibited Uses & Agents

You agree not to use the Platform: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any applicable regulations or laws; (d) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (e) to harass or discriminate; (f) to submit false information; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to spam, phish, or scrape; or (i) to bypass security features.

Agent Terms: If you use any automated Agent or AI tool to access the Platform, the Agent must identify itself in its HTTP/HTTPS requests ("Agent/[agent name]") and must not circumvent CAPTCHAs, mimic human behavior to bypass security, or ignore any limits we place on Agent access.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability arising out of these Terms or your purchase of a Product shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question. In no case shall Infinity Store, our directors, employees, or Shopify be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity Store, Shopify, and our respective employees, directors, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

18. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

19. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:

20. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Titagarh, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You also retain the right to approach appropriate consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

21. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinity Store, superseding any prior agreements.
