Please read this policy carefully before placing an order so you know what to expect regarding shipping timelines, charges, and our courier processes.

This policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.


1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing queue. Processing includes verifying your order, picking and packing your items, and handing the shipment over to our courier partner.

Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your estimated delivery date is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

1.2 Business Days

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national and state public holidays observed in West Bengal, India. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays.

1.3 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email at the email address provided during checkout. This email acknowledges receipt of your order. Please note that it does not yet constitute acceptance of your order — a binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking details.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

2.1 Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of ₹999 or more (after discounts, before taxes). The free shipping threshold is applied to the final order value at checkout.

2.2 Standard Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee applies. The exact shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden fees.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. For full details on refund eligibility, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier partner capacity, and circumstances beyond our control (such as weather disruptions, logistics backlogs, or public holidays).

3.2 Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, Infinity Store does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sale events, festive seasons, or promotions
  • Courier partner operational delays
  • Natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

In the event of a significant delay, we will endeavour to proactively notify you via email. You may also track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email.


4. Shipping Destinations

4.1 Domestic Shipping

Infinity Store ships to all deliverable pin codes across India. Serviceability is determined at checkout based on your entered pin code and the courier partner's coverage network.

If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of checkout, you will be notified before completing your order.

4.2 International Shipping

At this time, Infinity Store does not offer international shipping. We ship only within India. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — please check back or contact us for updates.


5. Courier Partners

We work with reputable courier and logistics partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our courier partners may include, but are not limited to:

  • Delhivery
  • Shiprocket
  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • Xpressbees
  • Ecom Express
  • India Post

The specific courier partner assigned to your order will be indicated in your Shipping Confirmation Email along with the tracking number.

Please Note: Infinity Store reserves the right to select the courier partner at its discretion based on factors such as delivery location, package dimensions, and operational availability. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by courier partners, though we will assist you in resolving such issues wherever possible.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your Tracking Number
  • The name of the Courier Partner
  • A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

You can also track your order by:

  1. Visiting the courier partner's website and entering your tracking number.
  2. Contacting us at infinity3926@gmail.com with your order number, and we will provide a status update.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your Shipping Confirmation Email for the tracking information to become active on the courier partner's system.


7. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

7.1 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided in your order. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., recipient not available, premises locked), the courier partner will typically make up to 2–3 additional delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

You may also be contacted by the courier partner via phone to schedule a redelivery or arrange collection from the nearest courier facility.

7.2 Returned to Origin (RTO) Packages

If a package is returned to us (Returned to Origin or RTO) due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment to the best of our ability:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailable for all delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the delivery

Re-shipment: If you would like us to re-ship the package, additional shipping charges may apply.

Important: We strongly recommend double-checking your delivery address, pin code, and contact phone number before confirming your order. Incorrect address details are the most common cause of failed deliveries and delays.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

8.1 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged (e.g., the outer packaging is torn, crushed, or tampered with), please:

Option 1 — Refuse Delivery

Do not accept the delivery if the damage is clearly visible at the time of delivery. Mark the delivery as "Refused — Package Damaged" and ask the courier agent to return it.

Option 2 — Already Accepted

If you have already accepted the delivery, please photograph the damaged packaging and the product immediately, and contact us at infinity3926@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a description of the damage. We will investigate the matter promptly and arrange a replacement as appropriate.

8.2 Lost in Transit

In the rare event that your order appears to be lost in transit (i.e., tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days or the shipment has been marked as delivered but not received), please contact us immediately at infinity3926@gmail.com.

We will:

  1. Raise an investigation with the courier partner.
  2. Provide you with a resolution — either a replacement shipment or a full refund — within a reasonable timeframe after the investigation is concluded.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the courier partner's internal investigation to be completed.

8.3 Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at infinity3926@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photograph of the item received
  • A photograph of the packaging label

We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct product at no additional cost to you, subject to availability.


9. Address & Contact Number Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and an active contact phone number at the time of placing your order. Infinity Store is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses arising from:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses
  • Wrong or inactive phone numbers that prevent courier partner contact
  • Failure to update your address before the order is dispatched

If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at infinity3926@gmail.com or +91 9038783926. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.


10. GST & Tax on Shipping

All applicable taxes, including GST on shipping charges where mandated by law, are calculated and disclosed clearly at checkout before your order is confirmed. Prices and charges displayed at checkout are fully tax-inclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A GST-compliant tax invoice covering both the product and any applicable shipping charges is provided with every order in compliance with the Central Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017.
