Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered from Infinity Store! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at infinity3926@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return the package to us. Depending on your pin code, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partners, or we may ask you to ship the item back to our facility.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: We offer free return pickups for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products or innerwear)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item's return eligibility.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI): You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
